Terms of Service — QueerLoop+

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the individual developer and operator of QueerLoop+. For users acquiring the App through the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) applies in conjunction with these Terms. By downloading, installing, accessing, creating an account, or using the QueerLoop+ app, you agree to be bound by these terms.

QueerLoop+ strictly enforces a zero-tolerance policy towards objectionable content and abusive users. There is no tolerance for hate speech, harassment, bullying, discrimination, threats of violence, non-consensual sexual content, explicit adult violence, doxxing, or defamatory conduct. Users who post objectionable material or engage in abusive behavior will have their content removed and face immediate, permanent account termination.

You agree not to post, upload, or share content that:

• Promotes hate speech, violence, discrimination, or bigotry against any individual or protected group
• Contains child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any form of minor exploitation — immediately reported to NCMEC and law enforcement
• Involves non-consensual intimate imagery, pornography, or sexually explicit violence
• Threatens, stalks, harasses, degrades, or intimidates any individual
• Shares private or personally identifiable information of another person without consent (doxxing)
• Infringes any third party's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Promotes illegal acts, fraud, unauthorized advertising, spam, or malicious software

• Report any post or reel via the Safety button, comments via Report on the comment, and conversations via Chat Options → Report Conversation
• Block any abusive user at any time from their profile or post options — blocked users cannot message you, view your profile, or interact with your content
• 24-hour moderation commitment: confirmed violations are removed within 24 hours of being reported, and offending accounts are penalized or permanently banned

You retain all intellectual property rights in the text, photos, videos, and reels you submit. By submitting content, you grant QueerLoop+ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, cache, encode, display, and distribute it solely to operate and improve the app, in line with your chosen audience settings. We will never use, feature, or display your content or identity in external advertising or marketing without your express, prior written consent. You represent that you own or have obtained all necessary rights for content you upload.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, and must notify us immediately of unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or pose a safety or legal risk to the community.

You have the unconditional right to delete your account and all associated personal data at any time, directly in the app via Settings → Delete account. All personal data is permanently erased from active servers within 30 days. Safety reports you submitted remain with moderation in anonymized form, without your name or identifying details. All rights, title, and interest in the QueerLoop+ platform — including its software, interface design, logos, brand elements, and source code — are the exclusive property of QueerLoop+ and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of our software without prior written consent.

QueerLoop+ is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QueerLoop+ and its founders, directors, employees, or partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Developer's primary jurisdiction of operation and residence. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction, except where prohibited by mandatory local consumer protection laws.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll notify you through the app or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the app after the effective date of revised terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
